Most of our projects consist of driveways, patios, retaining walls and garage foundations.
We have a page dedicated to our driveways. Most driveway projects can take 2-3 days. Please note your concrete driveway will not be strong enough to drive up on until 7 days after the pour. Most driveways are either exposed aggregate or broom finished, depending on the surround landscaping features.
The bulk of our concrete patios are colored and stamped. We offer an array of stamp patterns and color for your choosing. Please note: due to our harsh winters, you will need to regularly power wash and reseal your patio every 3-5 years. A proper stamped patio can take about 3-5 days from beginning to end.
Though not as time consuming, steps need to formed carefully. Ever had steps lean sideways? Or ended up with uneven risers? Proper forming is key!
We install both poured concrete walls and interlocking block walls. You are free to choose the blocks before we quote you. Please note that retaining walls are only allowed up to a total height (footing included) of 4 ft. without a permit. Anything taller than that needs an engineered footing plan and a permit approved from the respective City or County.
Another of our specialties are garage and shed pads. We will often install 7-10 pads a year that require a footing, city permits and inspections along the way. These projects take about 1-2 weeks for single car garages and 2-4 weeks for larger structures.
